CEO
As a kid, I loved admiring high-end brands and accessories in stores, dreaming of owning them. I’m Zaire Davis, and with God’s guidance, I started Flip District to give people the chance to look and feel their best with quality items. I enjoy wearing quality brands myself, and now I get to share that experience with others. I’m a college student studying Criminal Justice and played three years of college football, winning two championships—experiences that taught me discipline, dedication, and teamwork, which I bring to every part of this business.
Motivation
My family is my foundation and my greatest motivation. My dad, Kevin Davis, and my mom, Hellica Perez, have always shown me the value of hard work, perseverance, and integrity. Their guidance and support push me to keep striving for more every day. My girlfriend, Hailey Lester, inspires me to be my best self and encourages me through every challenge. Everything I do, every goal I chase, is for them, and with God guiding me, I hope to make them proud while building something meaningful.
Our history
The idea for Flip District has been with me for as long as I can remember, but it was not until February 5, 2026, that I finally leaped to turn it into a reality. The journey has not been easy. There were doubts, setbacks, and moments where it felt like the timing would never be right. But through hard work, patience, and faith, those challenges became lessons that prepared me for this moment. Starting the business is the culmination of years of vision, determination, and persistence, and it marks the beginning of an exciting chapter where I can share quality products with others and build something meaningful.
